Ok I'll admit the GGPV has not been out in awhile! I know tragic, so I found it fit for a little adventure. Oh, and just to update the GGPV has a new home, it is experiencing life in the heat of the desert, which is part of the reason why it has not been out in awhile ( remember in Italy how it kept me so warm?) I'd like to say that it is magic and can reverse from warm to cool, but c'mon people its just a vest.
So the vest took a little jaunt up to the mountains where it is about 20 degrees cooler than the desert, to a cute little mountain town. While it is not the first time to this place, it is the first time on this trail. The GGPV took in lots of squirrels and chipmunks, bee's, fly's and LIZARDS. And naturally lots and lots of beautiful landscape and scenic vistas. The GGPV almost took a spill over the edge on a rock, but nearly survived. But then...the GGPV finds itself on top of a boulder ( a large rock ) soaking in the sun, which is what keeps the GGPV so green. We all need a little D vitamin to keep us sane, and sunshine is without a doubt the best way to get it (expecially if you are a vest and don't drink milk ) Got milk? Enjoy!
